WOW - 2 BILLION shares - but I don't think that is enough!

There were already 750,000,000 A/S shares and there are 56,000,000 shares held by WSRA that can now be converted at 15-1 to commons. GDSM has 40,000,000 Series E shares to convert and dump for a total of 96,000,000. Multiply that times 15 and you get 1,440,000,000 converted shares plus the 750,000,000 already existing.

That figure comes to 2,190,000,000 so 2BILLION is still not enough to cover the conversions.

Expect to see more massive dilution here.
