I'd really like to know what is going on with NGIO. I know they just put out the presser on the new Director for the board and they are getting additional Directors as well, but I wish they would also put out more news on what is going on with the company itself and the listing besides 2nd quarter 2020.

How far are they in actually getting it listed? Any roadblocks? On schedule? What is the company it is being merged with for example?
