It just feel that way, the Gilead method, shuffle around old drugs into a new drug fix dose combo (FDC) for a new approval. But they are just old drugs, much faster approval because it is already been approved once with the safety is and efficacy from before already known. They have used it to extend the generic competition. Looks like the government in on to them now. But actual new HIV drugs, never before approved, very few over the last decade.

This is from April, look like 2 new HIV drugs in the last 5 years and IZ is IV.
