I couldn't find mention of it on their website, so I guess they don't think it rises to the level of a deal making attraction. Yet. But maybe it's not already in place?
The staff needs instruction on its benefits, how to install it, how to troubleshoot. If someone checks in at 10p.m. and has a problem understanding how to deal with the software, they're not going to want to wait until business hours the next day for the solution. Maybe Cino has a 24 hour help line.
Will customers think that this offer implies that this hotel's wi-fi is less secure than other hotels where it's not offered? It's possible I'm behind the curve and the traveling public is already up to speed on the situation.
