If there will not be a better drugs , it is some improvement , but also a lot of problems...

61% tumors shrink at least 31%,
6% no sign of tumor at 2 F/U scans.

Median time until cancer worsened was 16 months , so look that some type resistance is developing ..

Side effects were substantial..

--60% developed anemia , nausea , fatigue.
--15 % stopped treatment because of severe side effects.
--25 patients developed pneumonitis and 4 died of it...

So really big problems existing here ...
