I don't reach a year and 1 day invested until June 5th, but I've been buying in small chunks whenever I can since...........until my final UNVC purchase 7 days ago. So when I sell some intial shares it will be at short term rates, unfortunately. But I really need some start up funds soon, and hope we rise fast and furious--basically overnight to $3 or $4 a share--so I can sell no more than $204,100 worth of stock at first. So I don't fall into the short term capital gains tax penalty of 35%. It would instead be a 32% penalty at $204,100 or less. Still an absurdly high penalty as I earn less than $25,000 a year at my job. Short term capital gains rates are an outrageous joke. But if this gets to $20 or more next year, I will try to not let it bother me too much. Still pissed over the rates, as I am in a low income bracket but whatever. But I need funds soon at $3 or more a share, short term penalty or not. Hope we get there right out of the gates. Hell, if RKDA can surge $3.33 in a single trading day a few months ago I definitely think UNVC--with everything they have in the pipeline and then some--can certainly do that as well. We far surpass RKDA in every way imaginable. Any day now I hope.
