In response to the problem with buying at Etrade. I bought UNVC on 10/15 without any commission charge. When I try to buy today, it gives me this notice
"Opening orders for this security cannot be accepted online at this time. For assistance with placing this order, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-ETRADE-1 (1-800-387-2331).
This problem started after 10/15 and the next tweet from Dr. Dalton was on November 10: “Quiet “ Does not mean I am not taking care of business.
What is the earliest date that any of you started getting this notice from Etrade?
