RJS, it was also my understanding that the S1 he referred to was for funding. Zolis, I don't know if a single S1 can be used for both funding and the NAS uplist (hence my earlier question), but the concept that "S1 makes the company REAL for the SEC" might allow it to be used for both applications, assuming there isn't a lot of time between the funding and uplist actions, and the company doesn't materially change between the time when the first S1 is filed until the uplist is considered.
