It was rhetorical. I'm not bothering Mark, I'm sure someone over there is on top of the situation. Maybe that was part of the deal they worked out, that ACS would pay us whenever, but can immediately lay public claim to the patents.
As the Martinique is doing, I think ACS should really be mentioning SFT in their promotions and on their website. That should be part of the deal, too.
