Trding , very interesting , never saw that report before, but I don't understand some things...
31 patients enrolled...
2 patients developed grade 1 acute skin GvHD
NO ADVERSE effects to Maraviroc observed ,
but 7 patients discontinue Maraviroc due to study rules regarding hepatotoxicity and renal function decline...
so , if liver and kidney getting worse on Maraviroc , this in not adverse reaction..
Sorry I cant understand those statements .
