That's anecdotal. Medical tourism is a HUGE industry. Lots of folks go down to Mexico and enjoy a vacation around their medical procedure for the same cost of having identical work done in the U.S.

Granted, a lot of it is cosmetic and dental, but a significant number of Americans travel for other, more serious medical issues.

That said, I can't foresee many traveling for cancer treatment so this could be a non-issue.
