Thanks guys for the input. I did due diligence. This looks like what trump does in real estate. Find special properties that have been poorly managed and get them on the cheap. That old ceo was like a slum lord not caring about his tenants nor the property. Big salary. No revenue. Didn’t even file taxes. I like this new ceo style. He’s got stones. I can only afford to lose one million. I’ll flip it in a month or two maybe longer?
