I'm kind of wondering that we have not heard anything else about the S1. Maybe this is normal? I honestly don't know. But with all that is going on and the fact that this is all a big deal about the 2 million, 40 million, the PPS, I would have thought there might be more coming out.

I know Homer said it might take up to 3 weeks due to the SEC, etc.. but they have 2 million I thought upfront, so what are they doing with that?
