If you are patient, it seems there are plenty of shares available at .27 or under. Just put your bid in and leave it for the day. I got some a few days ago.

Edit --- adding - that 24100 share bid at .2620 is likely to get filled today also from what I have been seeing the past few days.

I've seen the same algo with other stocks. I move my bid and 2 or 3 other MM move right with it.
