so now we have found out what the 'additional benefit to shareholders' was...a 2 to 5 ngio shares for generex shares.....i did not expect that.....that is soooo wonderful....am pretty sure many of you are smirking away that nugget....that's why we are here.....the AE37, remember?....
Joe delivered and then some to the generex shareholder......sure it was not a 1:1 dividend but the 2 to 5 in the ngio was an excellent 'pleaser'' , if there is such a word....
i expected the payment of the said dividends to be paid at the end of Feb., 2020....Joe delivered on that also, with a closer date....that is fantastic...

i know many of you, me included, are waiting for the details in an 8k....the numbers will speak for themselves.....i foresee the pps climbing soon, if any news of the Merck collaboration hits the waves with early signs, if the 10k is released on time (Dec. 15) and shows some good numbers with the orthopedic stuff, if any substantial sales of Excelagen materialized, if the SEC has received the S1 ipo info, so many catalysts can bring this baby up from the dungeon....
