Pete Buttigieg on Tuesday released a list of nine corporate clients he worked for at McKinsey and Company, the management consulting firm that released him from a nondisclosure agreement earlier this week.

The Democratic presidential candidate's clients were Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan; Loblaws, a Canadian supermarket chain; Best Buy; the Natural Resources Defense Council; the Environmental Protection Agency; the Department of Energy; the Energy Foundation, an environmental nonprofit; the U.S. Postal Service; and the U.S. Department of Defense.

"Now, voters can see for themselves that my work amounted to mostly research and analysis. They can also see that I value both transparency and keeping my word," Buttigieg, the mayor of South Bend, Ind., said in a statement released Tuesday evening.

"Neither of these qualities are something we see coming out of Washington, especially from this White House. It's time for that to change."
