The way I look at it is this - GNBT's goal is to get NGIO listed on the NASDAQ...in order for NGIO to be listed on the NASDAQ, the share price for NGIO has to be at least $2. So, let's just say it will be $2.
5 shares of GNBT right now is $3 ($0.60 x 5)
2 shares of NGIO shares at $2 per share is $4
Assuming everything stay constant...if you pay $3 now, you will get at least $4 more...so more than double your money. Not even factoring what GNBT dividend and NGIO spin out would do to the GNBT PPS.
If I had funds, I would have bought more shares today.
The PPS is a steal right now IMHO. It does not feel good right now, but when market realizes it, we should benefit handsomely...
