Yep RJ, I have those shares sitting fallow in my account so this may just be part deux. The S1 filing process can't be quick - nothing with the gov't is - so it does seem highly unlikely they will actually trade on Jan 3. But hopefully, sometime in the first Q we will see them on the OTC, followed quickly by an application to uplist to NAS.
