Not saying this is the case BUT on the surface this seems like a way of punishing CMF by taking away their NGIO shares they received as dividend. Maybe some compromise was reached with them where they admit no legal wrong doing but agree to vacate their remaining holdings. Would love to hear from joe re the remaining restricted shares.

Side note. This also signals to me that they expect significant improvement in pps by the new year which could mean a good Q and most likely means they still plan to list NGIO before the end of Dec.
