Initial reaction is we are getting shorted 1:5. Upon further thought though I kinda like this. Less dilution to gnbt and additional stake in NGIO (which as a potential M&A target could = $$$)
What is not clear is if the remaining restricted shares are eligible. It SEEMS like they are not but no mention of it is hmm, interesting.
