Best way forward is get all indications overseas deals in place first. Royalties are going to be subpar because of lower overseas drug costs and our own royalty payout. Just make sure to get upfront cash to minimize dilution.

From there we have options. We can go with Syneos or another commercialization house with a larger payout at our end. If Cytodyn is going to be a continuing enterprise with more drug development then we should soft launch with our own skeleton sales team. As approvals and revenue build we could transform into a full-fledged pharmaceutical company.
