$LAHO - I don't think their plan was to hose the shareholders. I think their plan was to sell most of their shares into the run.
The run that was killed by the SEC. There was an MM or MM's that were getting crushed by the run and they called in a favor to the SEC.
Now they are trying to figure a way to get this all started again.
The nudge from the shareholders didn't hurt anything though.
