The vehicle is an otc company with current filings. All ducks in a row except a product, service, etc. Merging GNBT into it would make no sense. The S1 provided steady funds to remove going concern from NGIO so once merged into the vehicle it should be READY for listing on the NASDAQ. That’s my understanding anyway. Anyone with better insight feel free to correct me.
