Dear Shareholders,
It has come to management’s attention that there is a level of misunderstanding amongst some of its shareholders over the current status of the transaction that occurred with MSSV as it relates to its shareholders. Management would like to reassure shareholders that it has been working on an option that addresses these concerns and will make an announcement to that affect at the beginning of next week.
Management would also like to reiterate that it continues to believe that the MSSV transaction is in the best interest of Lans and its shareholders. In the meantime, management appreciates shareholders cooperation and patience in this matter. Please check here again next week for an update.
