It seems to me that the only three possibilities are that the initial deal didn't come to fruition, a better deal is on the table, or NP is posturing to try to improve the initial deal.

The one that seems the me a at likely to me, is also the only one that doesn't scare me. Better deal.

I would love to think that a better deal is on the table, but not sure why everyone assumed it's a BO. Perhaps another company is offering enough upfront cash to remedy our financing needs.

From my perspective the best outcome would be a healthy licensing deal that takes care of our financing and puts some cash in the bank.
