Totally agree. I do not want an early BO either. Let the share price go way up after HIV commercialization and more cancer results. Get of OTC. Then agree to a BO with a big multiple from that future higher point. Also, maybe some upside kicker with contingent value rights like you saw with the BMY Celgene deal.
