Could it be that there was a 60 day SEC mandated quiet period with a small break in November as the SEC was waiting for a reply from Doc or his lawyers as is often the case with SEC filings with follow up questions? Yesterday Doc began to communicate once again and oddly enough yesterday marked 60 days to his last post and PM before phase 1 of the probable quiet period (see below, post dated October 8, 2019):
