I thought it would dump today but as you know too the CEO waited far too long to do a shareholder update as you and I have talked in the past. I just spotted where Kowbel resigned it was on 3/19/18. Only 1 resignation was abnormal and that was with Quirk. Sure his health could have been bad and the reason or was it. They include the following language within his resignation as follows...Mr. Quirk’s decision to resign from the Board was not the result of any disagreements with Health Discovery Corporation over operations, policies or practices.
Yes that generally is normal but HDC had not included that language within any other recent resignation in the past 3 years except for Quirk. Now kick in our knowledge of him and the past fiasco and that adds up to Quirk being one one past director that wants back in but hasn't a leverage to stand on because George cleaned the swamp.

Forget about Mr. Cuban as that doesn't exist, that "numb nut" poster if he has two is not a past director of HDC.
