don't let me lose faith in you.....you are the great optimist i knew from the Yahoo board....you have valid points....but these things take time.....we are so used to instant gratification and instant information and instant delivery....that we tend to forget that life is actually slower than we are used to.....keep up the faith....that we have a lot of of....
Mcdonald's invests in new recipes in different markets and different regions.....takes them about a year and some to come up with a new tasty sandwich....why?...the meat is there, the sauce is there, the stale veggies are there....they actually do studies in the region....roll out the sandwich in one mcdonald....ask the customers a 50 question questionnaire....then they roll it out in a city, without advertising....to make sure its gunno be good....only when they have measure every aspect of a good rollout of the product they go and do advertising.....and it is perfect (not the sandwich).....the process....
