Well, I won't go into specific details, lest I be labeled as a basher or "having an agenda"..... but:
I give individuals my OPINION as to why I believe the play was "here" and now it is "here". I also tell them that "these" are my concerns going forward, both what I expect to see happen on the good side, and what potentially may happen on the bad side.
When one is in doubt as to enter the play or not, my advice is to WAIT until the company releases solid information which gives that investor clear and solid answers to their concerns.
In that light, myself and others are awaiting specific details which will dictate whether we are "in" or "out", and if "in", how long and for what goals.
My advice is always the same: If in doubt, you need to stay out. If it gives you a grin, you had better be in.
