I'm indifferent whether PrEP is included or not because 50% is a pretty good rate and seems like trying to separate will be more difficult and delay a deal further. TBH, I have not applied any value for PrEP in my valuation model yet. Yes, I agree and patiently await the official announcement and not stress about things outside of my control.
