My understanding and I seem to be usually wrong when it comes to Generex though, is that they were just hired to handle the listing for Nasdaq and not anything else. I think I remember asking about the dividend and the 2.00 issue with people trying to undercut it, etc.. and I was basically told that they only are involved in the Nasdaq listing itself in consulting.
