I'm not an accountant, but seeing as though this issue has never been brought up in regards to the talk of QX uplisting, I don't think it matters.

If you remember, part of the uplisting requirements that have been disscussed on the boards is that the company reports & files on time. To the best of my knowledge, that has never been an issue.
