JMO, 34th, but you do the same thing that I do with new investors:

1. Introduce them to the company.

2. Tell them to do their own DD.

3. Answer any questions they may have, or refer them to a place where they can find their answers.

4. Tell them to determine their own entry point and amount, AND their own exit point and strategy.

5. Wish them the best of luck.

This way, you are not responsible for their investment decision, and do not have to share any guilt for any losses they may incur. Save yourself a lot of headaches. It's their money. let them make their own decisions on their own base of knowledge.
