Exactly, even if it has happened previously, it definitely isn't the norm or common so that a contract template could be applied......and the indication/s were much smaller in scale than HIV, cancer and NASH. Both parties need protection and ensure the deal is properly structured, even if it takes a little more time.....especially being the initial license agreement.

While I am glad that NP advertised the NBA, I do wish he was more realistic with his timelines that set the expectations.
