There is much more to talk about but my thoughts are on Quirk more so than Kowbel. You recall the fiasco between HDC and crying Quirk. I say that as I do and yes in the beginning he saved HDC with the $1 million but look at the cost we shareholders have paid plus Quirk was pushed basically out then was emailing Chazzy and several others to get word of what he knew of the company. Next all of us shareholders watched him apply his Harvard Masters degree and get back on board with HDC. (now knowing about the recent shareholder letter it is all becoming clear to me) no doubt he wanted to liquidate HDC and we all thought that was good too but had we known then as we just heard in the update one could see Quirk wasn't but interested in himself. You knew I was thankful like everyone else about what he did for HDC way back but when he kissed his way back into HDC and HDC allowed that what did Quirk know to open that door.
Now let us look at Kevin Kowbel? just a Canadian who was CEO prior George yet just never got anything done or want to pursue NEO
1. Quirk....why would he want to get back on board? OK, I know you have that answer and yes a house cleaning has occurred hasn't it! So simply said there is no leverage anymore so forget about trying to pressure George. Another thought George has been straight and totally truthful which is different in micro pennies and especially Corporations that have a very pink sheet butt.
2. Kevin Kowbel? Canada...well I don't know but why would I be the CEO then slip into a insulting position as just being on the BOD when I was the main EGO I mean CEO. What is it about Canada...what did I once hear something about being able to short pennies from the Canadian side? Tell me that isn't so that they can't do that. Surely a CEO would never do that to a company he/she is trying to move forward.
Well I guess I have no clue as usual but I'm waiting on the make up 10-k filings to see 2016/17 because it will show how many card Quirk was holding which may tell the rest of that story.
