Here's a newsflash for you, the stock price is never going to recover, The stock price is indicative of the prospects of the Company. The stock price has been in the proverbial crapper for years. The Company is a dog and the stock price does the barking.

If the Company ever does anything meaningful I will be the first to admit I was wrong. The stock price will never recover. The only way this stock gets and maintains a price per share over 5 cents is through a reverse split.
