Cute 1265, I believe the FDA is being held back by Big Pharma Lobbyist.
Big Pharma in my opinion is going to take a Major Hit once CBD becomes a norm. People will switch from buying all those high price Rx's and switch to CBD Products; which will loose Big Pharma Trillions of $$$$.
I am just worried that the FDA tries to regulate certain CBD products as a derivative of a drug so that Big Pharma can capitalize on it's distribution (which shouldn't happen since it is now deregulated) and I do feel that Big Pharma is also trying to create Rx's that have CBD in them so they can also make money on this upcoming Gold Rush.
FDA is just dragging their heels to try and satisfy Big Pharma ........
