You might be right and I might be wrong, however, the wording used was that the deal was for "HIV in the USA ".
PrEP is part of HIV in general, it concerns with another stage of HIV. Whatever the case might me, you get the point, is a very complex negotiation.
I wish you are correct since the PrEP market is very large (ask GILD) and the SP will benefit in few digits if we enter successfully into this arena, to put it in some way.
