I take it from this tweet from a md judging on the profile, who is commenting as presentation at the ASH conference in Orlando this weekend, that someone presented another application of maraviroc (and probably leronlimab)

This leads us down the path of finding #miraviroc, a drug that decreases expression of CCR5.. so the drug reduces marrow macrophages! A cotreatment for SAA beyond IST???? #ASH19
