Trader555 YES BUT here's how I see events playing out with the
limited info we have at this point.

#1 Assuming LUX FUND activation happens on DEC 13 and CEO
announces it publicly in his press conference on DEC 16 IMO
the stock will trade anywhere in the .001 to .003 range on that
news alone. A lot will depend on how much info we get on DEC 16
about confirming the start up of the ADE and how much $$$$
PHIL initially has access to with the LUX FUNDS....Word is
PHIL may have access to as much as $600M long term but
short term probably not nearly that much...Also if any other
projects starting up with LUX FUNDS r announced on DEC 16
will have a big impact on how the stock trades...

#2 Beyond DEC 16 next big catalyst events will be getting back
current with FILINGS and confirming the VINAFILMS AUDIT is
complete and getting VINA revs to show on the PHIL balance
sheet. Assuming that happens by DEC 31 I think PHIL can
trade up to .01 at that point.

We're hearing the PHIL BUYBACK won't start until 2020 so
assuming that happens then PHIL can move up to .02 , .03.
.04 and higher in 1st half 2020 with more projects starting up
with LUX FUNDS as well..
