I believe this is just a conference call coming up. For as raise they have to anonounce a vote a month in advance. Because of the TO over the summer, they still have 60% of the shares from the May AS raise left, seven months ago. My guess their strategy is to get the deal and BLA done, and raise at a much higher rate, possibly non-dilutive, and if they can pay off the noteholder, that is another 50M back. And in February or so, maybe they have more results in tnbc, they get similar results on the next 2-4 patients like patient one, and this is a different company imo.
