Announcement on the S1 information comes out yesterday and it goes up, then down, but settles a bit up.
Then today, goes back down. Of course, no S1 is filed yet and we have no actual clue when it will be. Joe said it was going to be signed this week, then 7 - 10 days, so no clue when it will actually be signed, could be next year for all we know. Might have just as well said, the 'coming days'.
We have the 10-Q coming out on December 15, he said, course that is a Sunday, so it will probably be the week after or in the 'coming days' after the 15th. Lord knows when that will be as well.
