Look at it this way-when the REALLY BIG money wants in-hedge funds, institutional buyers, whales-whatever you want to call them-they will do almost anything to get some of these shares. So, OK, you own a million shares, so Mr. Buyer, I will let you have 250k, but its gonna cost you $10.00 a share to get any of mine-so they say fine, just sell them to me !!! Get the picture???$$$$
