What do you think that would tell you? If one drug is efficacious at a concentration of .001, and the other is efficacious at a concentration of .000005, and we don't know the mechanism of action of either one anyway, what does tissue concentration tell you?

Just as an aside, we know that Brilacidin is not systemically absorbed when taken via enema. So that adds another layer of meaninglessness to this.
