Why would anyone compare apples to oranges?
Is there some kind of mechanism of action that is understood for both drugs, and is the tissue-to-plasma ratio for each drug known as having a direct relation to the efficacy of that drug?
I'll answer for you: at least for Brilacidin, no. This is an absurd premise for a discussion.
Let me put it more clearly:
If you want to compare things that have completely different mechanisms of action, let's say Cipro and penicillin, does comparing 60 mg of one to 60 milligrams of the other give you any meaningful data? That's about as useful as what you're asking.
