This tissue-to-plasma business is meaningless. You have totally different drugs, with different mechanisms of action, taken in different doses by different methods.
There is nothing to be gained by this attempt at a "comparison." Does 60mg of penicillin have the same effect as 60 mg of Cipro? That's about as useful data as this silly tissue-to-plasma business.
