rj...i really believe that this latest funding announcement is part of the s1, .....and a small portion, the 2.2 mil, was cut off to help generex start....the wording is what gave it away....its part of two steps...a 2.2 mil 'bridge'' loan....an announcement of the 40 mill in the same paragraph....
the only hint of toxicity is the word ''equity'' used loosely....read it over and tell me what you think...
