Anyone want to help me identify exactly how the ACS deal with First Data has been affected, if at all, by the purchase of First Data by Fiserv? I tried calling ACS but the woman treated me like I was from Mars. Totally unwilling to help me. I've sent an email to Fiserv's investor relations director, Ann Cave, but it is highly unlikely that I receive anything from her. Can anyone help me locate the 8-K or 10-K reflecting the agreement between ACS and either First Data or Fiserv? I have spent a huge amount of time combing through Edgar.sec.gov and have come up blank. I also tried contacting the First Data IR person, but the email got kicked back as undelivered. This is driving me crazy.
