- Safety data submitted Nov 22, FDA had a couple more questions, CYDY answered those questions, expects to hear back in a few days
- Negotiations are complicated, closing of deal confirmed any day now.
- Hope to have 5 more patients for BTD, path for approval possible with another 5-8 patients then if results are replicated.
